Last Wednesday we headed over to Didsbury to Spanish restaurant Tinto, owned by husband and wife team, Nacho & Natalia. Tinto is a restaurant specialising in cooking over an open coal / wood fire oven, and nothing showed off this style of cooking better than the 20 oz rib eye steak with bone marrow (20 0z Churrasco a la brasa con tuetano)
We were photographing / videoing this wonder as it is now available on the Confidentials app for half price (itunes / google play) Monday – Thursday. Making it just £12.50 per person (It’s for 2 people sharing) AMAZING!
If you pair it with their house red wine it is a definite winner.
We are also lucky enough to try a few extra dishes too which were as equally delicious.
