FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY: The best of… October 2016

Every month i round up my favourite dishes / restaurants i have visited, with hopefully some helpful tips on where to go and what to try in and around Manchester.

Here’s what happened in October.

Tariff and Dale
I recently discovered brunch… and now i am officially obsessed. I hadn’t realised until just before this visit that Tariff and Dale opened for brunch, having discovered this, i just had to go. With all the classics such as salmon and eggs, eggs benedict and bacon sandwiches on the menu they also have 2 options of french toast which was my favourite – we opted for bacon and maple syrup. Another favourite for the table was the oven baked eggs. Definitely worth a visit.

It is always a pleasure to photograph the beautiful dishes at Grafene, and this time the lamb on their new lunch menu was my favourite.

CAU, Media City
A few days off works calls for one thing… a girly brunch date. This time it was CAU at media city, my two favourites both done best by CAU were the steak and eggs and also the latin eggs, CAU’s Argentinan take on the classic eggs benedict.

No1 Watson Street
A city centre favourite of mine is No1 Watson Street, they have just brought out a new lunch menu with pizzas and subs… totally better than your shop bought lunch. The meatball sub is tooooooo good!
